GLO Shipping & Return Policy

International Shipping

As we are just launching our brand, delivery of each product will take approximately 2 weeks.
At the moment, we are working with a pre-order system
:

  1. The product is first manufactured.

  2. Then it is delivered to our warehouse in Germany.

  3. From there, it is shipped directly to you.

We are doing everything possible to speed up the process and shorten delivery times in the near future. Thank you for your understanding and support at the start!

Order Tracking

After you place your order, we will prepare and ship your package within 48 hours. For “Made to Order” items, preparation takes 12–16 days. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you or sent via SMS if you provided a phone number. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking info.

You may opt for parcel insurance via Route during checkout to protect your order against shipment issues.

Order Cancellation or Modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at glowshynefly@gmail.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes after order submission.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping (with proof).

Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.GLO does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To exchange for a different size or style, you may return the item for store credit and place a new order.

No restocking fees apply.Returns must be shipped back within 3 days after approval.

Late returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Custom and solid gold items, as well as made-to-order products, are non-returnable.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only; refunds are not offered.

Certain items (enamels, 925 silver, moissanite, grillz) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Terms & Conditions

Additional fees and shipping times may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

If an item is out of stock, store credit or refund may be issued upon request.

Our customer service will contact you if your order cannot be shipped.

GLO reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders and will report them to authorities.

GLO is not responsible for lost packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any order issues or disputes.
