TERMS OF SALE
1. General Provisions
1.1. This offer is an official public proposal by the Seller to enter into a contract of sale of goods presented on the website glojewellery.com.
1.2. By placing an order through the website, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this offer.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer without prior notice. The updated version takes effect from the date of its publication on the website.
2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer jewelry items listed in the online catalog, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the ordered goods.
2.2. The products may be standard or custom-made, according to the Buyer’s individual request.
3. Order Procedure
3.1. The Buyer places an order independently via the website interface.
3.2. The Seller confirms the order and notifies the Buyer by email or through the website.
3.3. For custom-made jewelry, the Seller may require advance payment.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. Prices for goods are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and displayed on the relevant product pages.
4.2. Payment is made via online payment systems or other methods provided on the website.
4.3. The moment of payment constitutes acceptance of this offer.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine and, if available, internationally, according to the delivery methods indicated on the website.
5.2. The delivery cost and timeframe depend on the selected delivery method and are shown during order placement.
5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the Buyer once the order is handed over to the delivery service.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Returns and exchanges are possible in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the Refund Policy published on the website.
6.2. Custom-made jewelry items are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
6.3. Refunds are made to the same payment account used by the Buyer when placing the order.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller shall:
• Process orders promptly and deliver goods in accordance with the terms of this offer;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date product information.
The Buyer shall:
• Provide accurate personal and contact information;
• Pay for the order in full and on time;
• Accept the order within the agreed timeframe.
8. Liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the goods by the Buyer.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver the goods due to force majeure circumstances.
8.3. Any disputes shall be settled through negotiations; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All images, texts, logos, and designs published on glojewellery.com are the intellectual property of GLO Jewellery.
9.2. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of materials is prohibited.
10. Validity of the Offer
10.1. This offer is valid indefinitely until revoked or amended by the Seller.
10.2. The Seller may change the terms of this offer unilaterally without prior notification to Buyers.
By placing an order and completing payment on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms of this Public Offer Agreement.
